The charismatic Francisco at the pool bar even had my drink ready before I checked in! The 24-hour room service, especially Moises in the morning, was always efficient and kind. I also loved the remodel of the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the delicious food and wine. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, stunning property, and exceptional service.
